Falling in Love (1984 film)

Falling in Love is a 1984 American romanticdrama film starring Robert De Niro and Meryl Streep and directed by Ulu Grosbard. In the film, two married strangers meet randomly, become friends, and fall in love. They spend time together, riding the train into the city of New York, and begin meeting for coffee or lunch. They enjoy their time together and this enjoyment eventually blossoms into love.

The entire film takes place in the New York City metropolitan area and suburbs. There are scenes in locations including Rizzoli bookstore, Trump Tower, the Hudson River train line, and Dobbs Ferry, New York.
